Spencer has founded several successful businesses in the fields of real estate (SB Real Estate Investments, Gray Properties, LLC) and agricultural commodities (Sugar Creek Hops), before turning his passion for investing in commercial real estate into what is now Gray Capital, LLC. Spencer has over 20 years of experience in real estate investing beginning with his first renovation project while still in high school.

Spencer now serves as the President of Gray Capital, LLC, a commercial real estate investment and asset management firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Gray Capital works with family offices, individual investors and institutions to build and preserve wealth through diversified portfolios of cash flowing real assets, primarily multifamily apartment communities. Gray Capital manages 35 assets in 7 states and offers investors access to high-yielding Midwest and Southeast markets. The proprietary platform has over $700MM in commercial real estate projects with investor portfolios spread across 8,000 multifamily apartment units and other commercial assets.
